Nature of our service

Lotus Trail provides travel assistance, research, communication support and trip-planning services. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not operate airlines, hotels, transport services or emergency services.

Third-party providers

Airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurers, government agencies and other providers are responsible for their own services, policies and decisions. We cannot guarantee their availability, prices, refunds, schedules or outcomes.

Emergency situations

Lotus Trail is not an emergency service. Immediate safety, medical or security matters should be directed to the appropriate local emergency service and/or travel insurer.

Advice and research

Information is provided in good faith based on the information available to us. Travelers remain responsible for checking official requirements, including passports, visas, immigration, health, insurance and entry rules.
